I worked at a hotel as the overnight auditor. After 7 months, going to work at 11pm was draining. I never could sleep much, maybe 4-5 hours a day. But it was nice to have a beer in the morning after work.
Some people can’t handle working midnights. I can’t handle working mornings. Bodies are just different.
