Curious how the DEA came to suspect that the drugs were obtained illegally. Given the labyrinthine appropriations processes in government, much less one associated with a state taking human life, I find it hard to believe the GA DOC took $100 out of petty cash & sent someone down to an industrial park to score some So Thio.
