Carolee Bildsten, 56, of the 5300 block of David Court, allegedly assaulted the officer on Tuesday evening with what Gurnee Police Cmdr. Jay Patrick called “a rigid feminine pleasure device.”
So says the the Trib.
[Thanks to Hephestos, my Koumbaros.]
The article doesn't say whether the policeman went inside her house (presumably without a warrant) or instead was attacked outside her house. That matters. Bad journalism in the linked article.
Cleanville, of course it would matter in court, but I think Peter put this on his blog for a little comic relief. Humor is important, even for daring revolutionaries such as yourself. You might try to relax once in a while. You seem to be wound pretty tight. Just you against the "policemen."
By the way, what's with the formal language. Policemen? Policeman? Most anti-police zealots stick to "cops," "pigs" or "Gestapo." It seems like you are being obsequious while still trying to stick a knife in their backs. Gotta love that.

Well, seems the Cmdr sure wasn't referring to a collapsable baton…
OR, we could have found a new definition of the word NIGHTSTICK.
And we already know that COPS LOVE BIG BUSTS.
I'm just sayin'…
Stay safe.
I know I am not supposed to double post, but further media counts reveal that this woman was drunk and took the police to her house (I think to get money) and then attacked him. So it is fine to yuk it up on this one. Nobody's rights got trampled.
There are only four words in the post that matter. Nothing else is open to discussion. Those four words are:
1) "rigid,"
2) "feminine,"
3) "pleasure,"
and 4) "device."
