Does the lizard represent anything in particular? Or is it just a lizard?
I don't know. But after much discussion here, we decided it has to be cold-blooded animal, kept alive by the warmth and know how of union power!
Or maybe they were just hungry and a lizard happened to be there!
It's obviously a salamander, mythically famous for living in fire, unharmed.
