FOP Baltimore Blueprint

This was released 9 years ago. It was ignored. It wasn’t a bad plan. Had it been adopted, a lot might have been better.

It’s interesting to me because I’m not a big fan of police unions. But I am fan of unions. And here’s a union not fear mongering or being racist but trying to do good. And the report was ignored.

Since then there was a riot, murders has nearly doubled and the DOJ came out with a much worse report. Such is progress.

Here is what I wrote about the report when it came out:

Here is what I wrote about it after the 2015 riots:

  1. Hello Dr. Mosko it has been ignored for a reason of course and why could that be? Maybe for the controversy that may go into effect if there was something to be done. I find it quite interesting it would ignited rather than brought to the nations attentions. I’m hoping that it could and would be acknowledged.

  2. It’s interesting because when i think of police unions I also only think of negative things considering how dangerous police unions usually are when it comes to the protection of dirty police officers but this union that was made for the good of the city is being underreported and overall ignored is a shame considering that the bad of police unions shadows the good that can be seen if one looks in the right places.
